The business landscape has been in constant flux over the past three years as some industries are still struggling to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic and companies are bracing for a potential recession in 2023.

Some jobs have become more popular since the pandemic and the nationwide layoff and hiring frenzy it has caused. According to the latest job projections from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 8.4 million new jobs are expected to be added in the U.S. by 2031, with nearly one-third of jobs in health care and social assistance.

Advanced experience providers, employee experience managers and truck drivers are among the most in-demand jobs in the U.S., according to a new LinkedIn report. On Wednesday, LinkedIn released its annual Rising Jobs list, highlighting the 25 fastest-growing occupations over the past five years, based on the job titles that saw the most growth on its website from January 2018 to July 2022.

Of the 25 positions on LinkedIn’s list, 22 offer remote or hybrid work opportunities, indicating that employers are continuing to listen to workers’ demands for flexible work to attract and retain talent in a tight labor market.
