KitchenAid Professional 5 Quart Stand Mixer

This highly coveted countertop accessory is back on sale this Black Friday. While it usually sits aplenty at the registers, the KitchenAid Professional 5 Quart Stand Mixer is almost 50 percent off, making it the perfect gift to buy. If you’re looking to save space, the KitchenAid Artisan Mini 3.5 Quart retails for $260 ($110 off)—a bit more expensive than the 5-quart, but better for small kitchens and households.

Like the KitchenAid Stand Mixer, the Vitamix 5200 is a staple for housewarming and wedding receptions. You don’t have to make a major life change to justify buying one, but—WIRED writer Joe Ray wanted to explore designing new kitchens and fell in love. Whether you’re blending smoothies, soups or sauces, this mixer is powerful and durable. This is definitely a great opportunity to upgrade your blender, but if you want to spend less, this entry-level Vitamix – the Explorian – is on sale for $190 ($100 off).

If touchscreens and wireless connections are your thing, the Vitamix Ascent has you covered. This mixer is slightly smaller than the 5200, but what it lacks in volume it makes up for in technology. For example, a smart base can detect which top you’re adding and adjust accordingly to ensure all your mixing needs are met.

Fully covered triple-layer containers

Fully lined pots and pans are almost heirloom-worthy additions to your dishes. I’m not kidding – my in-laws gave us some that were over 10 years old before we got our own new set and they worked great. All-Clad tends to be on the more expensive side, so now is a good time to invest in this classic, durable stainless steel set.

For those who prefer nonstick cookware, All-Clad has this five-piece set on sale. What sets it apart from other non-stick pots and pans is that the set is anodized, meaning it has a protective oxide layer. The non-stick coating wears off over time and this process makes the kit more durable.

Like our hand-me-down All-Clad, my husband and I have had Cuisinart pots and pans for years. They lived together for four years before we bought our newlywed set, cooked equally, and looked smooth. This is a great starter kit for people who aren’t quite ready to dive into All-Clad but still want something that will last a while.

It’s no secret that WIRED writer Jaina Gray loves De’Longhi espresso machines. However, they often cost a pretty penny, so we should shout when there’s a sale. The Bar Pump Espresso and Cappuccino Machine is a good entry-level espresso machine that won’t break the bank, especially for Black Friday at under $200.

The two most important things for a drip coffee maker are to soak the beans quickly and evenly. This Hamilton Beach machine has the perfect cone shape for just that. While we haven’t tested it, resident WIRED coffee expert Jaina Gray confirms the structure is in mind.

Sometimes TikTok tells you to buy things you don’t need, but other times it gets it right. We love the original Dash Mini Waffle Maker, so suffice it to say we think it’s even better when you add sweet hearts. With Dash, you get an easy-to-clean, compact waffle maker for your Leslie Knope-inspired breakfast needs.

Nothing sounds better than fresh-from-the-oven pizza with bubbling cheese and a thin, charred crust. DiGiorno can’t quite replicate that taste, but the Gozney Roccbox can. It’s a little on the heavy side for a pizza oven—though not as big as the Gozney Dome—but it’s great for hosting pizza parties…or just making and eating a ton of pizza.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten a cup of warm tea for an hour, only to then accidentally take a sip of room-temperature sadness. The Ember Mug is the perfect solution, keeping your mug at the perfect temperature for sipping throughout the day. This mug connects to an app and lets you adjust the temperature from 120 to 145 degrees, and it has a battery that lasts about an hour and a half, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your graph gray.

It’s half off, so now’s a good time to grab it.

The Nest Mini (2nd Generation) Smart Speaker is light years of improvement over the previous Mini. It sounds better, the machine learns faster, and it’s wall-mountable, improving your overall listening and Assistant experience. And now it’s more than 50 percent off, so let your Google devices get the shine they deserve.

As the holidays approach, it’s important to take care of all your deliveries—you don’t want someone stealing them from Santa’s delivery sleigh. Nest Cam is one of WIRED’s favorite outdoor security cameras, given its easy setup, seamless Google integration, and 130-degree field of view. Santa can do a lot of things, but sometimes he’s too busy checking off his list and even needs help protecting your presents.

Is holiday stress keeping you up at night? Hatch Restore can help you fall asleep peacefully and wake up gently with programmable morning and nighttime routines. Plus, you can subscribe to a Hatch Sleep Membership and get even more sleep sounds, bedtime stories, and guided meditations. The Hatch Rest is also on sale for $60 ($10 off) with a coupon button, so your kids can crash more easily at night too.

Dyson Cyclone V10

Whoever coined the phrase “it’s raining cats and dogs” was probably cleaning up after their pet, because they make a mess absolutely everywhere. The Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal makes cleaning easy with its cordless design and powerful suction. That’s not the lowest we’ve seen this cordless vacuum go for, but it’s still a pretty good deal.

The Roomba J7+ is the best of robotic vacuum cleaners. Precise navigation paired with powerful suction is top-notch, giving you hands-free cleaning ease and confidence that it’s done well. It even empties the dust bin automatically, so you won’t have to worry about keeping up with the trash every so often.

Everyone wants to breathe easier. For those with allergies, the Honeywell Insight HEPA is a great air purifier for rooms up to 500 square feet, cleaning the air of dust, dander, and even food odors.
