We are born into a world of abundance then trained to see lack and limitation by the systems in place becoming this lack and limited in potential. Through ignorance, we get exactly what we bargain for. There is an unlimited source of supply which we all have access to, only if we tune into its frequency but we get as much as our limitations allow, as Jessie B. put it beautifully in this poem.
We are born in possession of the greatest asset we can ever own in our lifetime, but oblivious of this. We have the privilege of living in it, only if we use it correctly because lack of use or misuse leads to a faster depletion of its value. We are given control of it, to improve and add value, explore it’s potential especially in what we can gain through it. It has many secrets that when paid attention to, the secrets come to life. This invaluable asset is the human body. As we understand our bodies, we should also pay close attention to our environment since it is our host here on earth.
For life to be sustainable, we of cause need the sun, air, water, and earth. All these elements are free, God-given. Mand may have placed a price on land, in regards to his measure of value to fulfill the desire for ownership and gain a sense of belonging of sorts but it is still a gift like the other elements. Some may argue that water is not free but it is, no one will charge you if you rain harvest, you do not pay for water, you pay for the convenience of delivery to your homes or other locations, the convenience of availability in the case of bottled water.
All four elements are interdependent and life is dependent on them. You cannot live without them, maybe survive a few days only. Despite this fact, we live through life not paying attention to the environment, these elements by being mindful and grateful maintaining their quality and preserving them to enhance our lives. We in turn get just the bare minimum benefits from them as compared to the full potential benefits that they may offer. This is because what we pay attention to expands in our reality, and energy flows where attention goes. We can gain so much vitality of the body and understanding of our etheric beings through the awareness of the elements. On health, reducing inflammations, managing stress levels and so much more.
Our bodies help us interpret these elements and create this 3-dimension reality confined in space and time. Acting as a supercomputer between us and the ether operating in the quantum field with the inner and outer bodies complementing each other. It’s only when one is sick that the gravity of health dawns on us. With the rising numbers of infected and those who’ve died globally from the current global crisis, the awareness of the body and earth should be given more attention. The thought of not being able to breathe in a world with inexhaustible air for all is both sad and painful. There are many rumors of the origin of the COVID-19 pathogens but maybe it’s time we paid a little more attention to our bodies and environment. Not take for granted these precious gifts given to us for free. To learn, be more present and appreciative.
“The human body resonates at the same frequency as Mother Earth. So instead of only focusing on trying to save the earth, which operates in congruence to our vibrations, I think it is more important to be one with each other. If you want to remedy the earth, we have to mend mankind. And to unite mankind, we heal the Earth. That is the only way. Mother Earth will exist with or without us. Yet if she is sick, it is because mankind is sick and separated. And if our vibrations are bad, she reacts to it, as do all living creatures.” Suzzy Kassem
