Actor Keanu Reeves, known as much for his friendly nature as for his stellar filmography, is once again showering praises after his sweet encounter with a young fan went viral.
On Tuesday, TV producer Andrew Kimmel shared on Twitter about a helpful exchange Keanu Reeves had with a young fan at an airport.
Kimmel wrote in a series of tweets: “Keanu Reeves flew from London to New York today. A young man asked for an autograph in the trunk and then proceeded to answer a series of quick questions. Keanu happily answered each one…”
Kimmel later added that after the boy ran out of questions, Reeves bombarded the fan with questions and engaged him in conversation.

The man couldn’t have been nicer, especially after an international flight. I thought I’d share this because my friend is a class act and little moments like this can make a big difference in people’s lives. We need more Keanus!

And yes, I ran a little and asked for a photo. I mean…he had to. Happy 4th everyone! pic.twitter.com/JVR5VTPQHz

Keanu was filming outside our city, my ex and our kids went to the shoot. My ex was always a fan and attacked the set. Security was going to throw them out, Keanu said no. He signed autographs and took pictures with them. Just the nicest guy! My son and Keanu. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/ZUUiHx5oxQ

He is 100% a class act! My daughter ran into him in Greenville, SC when she was in high school, she said he was the nicest person she had ever met!

She really is a doll! Over the years, I’ve seen him ride the NYC subway and give up his seat to an older man or woman when there are no seats available.

I met him at a young age. I mean, he had every reason not to stop and talk to me, but he did. The kindest man. A few years ago, one of my friends was in a hotel in Miami. He called me and said that this guy is practically a saint. I told you, I told you!

Keanu Reeves is the person we should send to make first contact with the aliens if they ever arrive

I met him about 16 or 17 years ago with a small group of people outside of Hollywood. It surprised me. “Humble” would describe the impression it left on me.
